Samsung M7500 Emporio Armani Night Effect - Just Another Designer Mobile Phone?

A It wasn't too long ago that I had realised on my latest phones page another designer mobile phone handset show up. This time it was by Samsung Emporio Armani. The last I saw before this was the LG Prada 2.

So let us take slow internet closer look to see whether this mobile phone Dsl High Speed Internet better than the LG Prada 2 and whether Samsung's target audience is women or men or both.

Well first of all it looks very smart, but I suppose we cannot expect anything less from an Italian designer company right? Think about the Italian cars. So many of them are beautiful like the Ferrari ENZO or the Lamborghini Reventon. Yes this mobile phone cannot be driven around over 200mph but you can do many things with it.

It has a 2.2 inch bright OLED screen with Emporio Armani written just underneath it. Something which many designer phones in the past have missed. In my opinion it is very important to have the designer brand logo where you will always see it and just under the screen is perfect. Furthermore the screen resolution is not something that has been compromised at 240 x 320 pixels but can definitely be made better. I must say that the Samsung Armani mobile phone is dedicated to music as some of the controls can only be used to control the music. It has 3G technology for you to access the web, it also features video calling something, which indeed has in my opinion been some what under rated. Embedded is also a nice 3 Mega Pixel camera with Auto-Focus for you to capture those beautiful moments with your designer mobile phone. As many mobile handsets it also has a built in FM Radio for you to dial up dsl broadband to when you have yet to upload your tracks onto the memory. The dimensions are not too bulky either at just 115mm in length 47.5mm width and 12mm thick with a reasonable weight of 91g making it easy for you to slip it into those Emporio Armani Jeans pocket.

I have purposely missed out one huge feature of this mobile phone as I wanted to leave the best till last. A little childish some may say but in my opinion it is very very cool. There are back lights on the side of the handset which when lit up while the phone rings displays the Emporio Armani logo in various colours. A back lit designer logo on your very own designer mobile phone.

So has Samsung achieved something spectacular with a designer mobile phone? maybe not this time, but it definitely isn't a low end standard handset. How about the target gender? I think this mobile phone probably tilts into the man's pockets but there is nothing too masculine about the Samsung Emporio Armani and can easily be owned by a woman and not lose the feminine look.

This mobile phone is currently only available on Vodafone and can be obtained on a contract below 30 p/m. To compare all Samsung M7500 Emporio Armani Night Effect contract deals, please visit our website.

Ring Tones - The Industry

Ring tones, what ever you do you can't get rid of them, they are actually become a part of life. You will find them blasting away with various types of melodies at malls, at markets, along Streamyxcom street and even in places of worship. The beauty of it all it just keeps on growing with the advancement of new technology every day. So what you hear today may be different tomorrow.

The story of ring tones actually began in Finland; this is where the first ring tone was sold. While the rest of the world were busy figuring out of how to market and gain customers from this new technology, the Finnish people were already owning this new gadget. Finland was ahead in the broadband dongle sector with their users being well advanced with SMS and so got the opportunity to come out with the first ring tone "Vesa Matti Paananen".

In the US, the growing rate of subscribers was increasing slowly. It was found that during a study which was carried out among the younger generation that the girls were more interested in talking over the phone than men. It also showed that girls who along with the fashion trend wanted their instruments to be slim, trendy and customized to give that extra feeling. This gesture was capitalized by Nokia who emerged in the market with slim attractive phones that made them popular in the phone industry.

You may ask what happened to the Japanese. Well they were not far behind and like Nokia began catering for the elite female class but with a slight twist, they came out with themes like "girls just wanna have fun" and "the wild ones". In Japan they recognized that there was big money to be made in the ring tone business and so the government fully supported the mobile and ring tone industry.

Later in time when the rock and roll era emerged on the scene, Motorola and MTV came together to provide to the world wireless ring tone downloads. This was designed so that it could be embedded in the mobile instruments. In addition they also provided other streamyx combo mobile like wallpapers, screen savers and other similar facilities.

Today, thanks to the people of Finland there are many suppliers of ring tones that are available in the net or through companies. In addition all phones have been equipped with download features, ensuring music lovers to upgrade their ring tones with the latest musical sounds available. You will be able to get hold of the most popular music in the form of ring tones than can be heard on the airwaves, television or theatres.

Ring tones today are available in various languages, so all countries are taking advantage of this growing business. There is still opportunity in this growing trend as there is a long way to go for the ring tones industry in these new markets. Every day you see newer types appearing in the market which is appreciated by the users.
